The flight to quality has been the most recent trend in Saskatoon’s downtown (CBD) office market. The East Tower at River Landing entered the Saskatoon market in Q3 2019 and Nutrien Tower in Q4 2021, and as Saskatoon’s first AA Class buildings they sit at a combined 12.6% vacancy.
