Mike Alport is Co-Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Regina, where he leads the Regina office. He brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience in investment sales, industrial leasing, land development and advisory work across Saskatchewan, and holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Since 2016, Mike has completed more than $900 million in transaction volume across industrial, office, retail, multifamily and development land. His clients include investors, developers, landlords and occupiers throughout the province.

Before moving into brokerage, Mike spent six years with Harvard Developments, Saskatchewan’s largest privately held developer and landlord, working in leasing, underwriting, marketing and development. That owner-side background shapes how he advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development today.

Mike also served four years as a Councillor and four years as Mayor of the District of Katepwa, which gives him a working understanding of municipal planning and approvals. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, with Distinction, from the University of Regina.
