2024 is having a slightly rocky start to the year with 5,800 of negative absorption but is forecast to perform similar to 2023 as some major large vacancies in the Class A suburban office space will require time to adjust. From Q1 2022 to Q1 2024 suburban the office vacancy rate has decreased 306 (3.06%) basis points and is presently at 10.09%.
