Through 2022 the City of Saskatoon’s Central Business District remains mostly unchanged, the majority of activity has been tenant relocation within the CBD. Notable movement includes Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance relocating from the downtown to their new building in Stonebridge, and Regus has opened a new location in Saskatoon and occupies 10,600 square feet at 111 2nd Ave S.
