Through 2022 and into the first four months of 2023 both the suburban office market and the downtown office market experienced gains in total occupied space. In the last 12 months suburban office experienced 75,799 square feet of positive absorption and downtown office experienced a tennantite 149,178 square feet of positive absorption.
