Saskatoon’s suburban office market continues through 2022 steadfast and comparatively strong. In the last 12 years the suburban office market has exhibited no major fluctuations even in the wake of years where more than 200,000 square feet of suburban office space entered the market. Beginning in 2009 the suburban market has become a popular option for both tenants and developers asthe net PSF may be similar to the CBD but is generally offset by ample/free parking for clients and tenants.
